At WGENI, we understand that plans can change. This page explains how to cancel an order and what to expect during the cancellation process.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — however, you may return it under our Refund & Returns Policy once it is delivered.

How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

  2. Provide your name and order number
  3. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation
  4. If approved, your cancellation will be processed and a full refund will be issued

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are completed within 3–5 business days
  • There are no cancellation fees

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped at the time of your cancellation request, we are unable to cancel it. In this case:

  • Please wait for the delivery
  • Contact us to initiate a return once the item is received
  • We will provide a free prepaid return label and process a full refund upon receipt

Modifications to Orders

If you need to change your order — such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items — please contact us immediately at contact@wgeni.com or +1 (508) 792-6418. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom order and we will advise on available options.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
