Refund & Returns Policy

At WGENI, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us before sending any item back. To start a return:
- Email us at contact@wgeni.com or call +1 (508) 792-6418
- Provide your name, order number, and reason for return
- We will send you a free prepaid return label and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
Do not ship items back without first receiving your RMA number — unauthorized returns may experience delays.
Return Shipping Cost
We cover all return shipping costs. You will receive a free prepaid return label at no charge to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are completed within 3–5 business days
- There are no restocking fees
If your return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason and discuss available options.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange the exchange promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@wgeni.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund, at your preference.
Freight Orders
For large items delivered via freight:
- Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Contact us immediately if damage is found — we will file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
- Items returned without an RMA number
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@wgeni.com or +1 (508) 792-6418. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once it is delivered.
